Houston-based Attent Property Services, LP was formed in 2009 to handle the asset and property management needs of Midway Companies’ affiliated multi-family developments. Attent is an affiliate of Midway Management, LP, a key member of the Midway group of companies since 1968.

Attent is presently responsible for the asset and property management of THE LOFTS CITYCENTRE, a 250-unit Class A urban project in the CITYCENTRE mixed-use development, and Vista Maravilla, a 22-unit condominium project atop the premiere Hotel Sorella. In addition, Attent provides asset management services for multi-family development partnerships inclusive of conventional, tax credit and student housing projects.
